I don’t create generic dancefloor tools. I write electronic music with a true emotional heartbeat.
Lush filter sweeps, soft, “fluffy” pads and timeless melodies that move both the body and the mind. That has been the core of Silent Earth from the first record to the latest one.
Germany based. Decades of sonic freedom.

Long before the relaunch there was a first life – vinyl, live sets with synthesizers and samplers, and nights on the psychedelic trance floors.
1994
Two friends, one studio
Silent Earth was founded in autumn 1994 by Marco Schomann and Michael Gutsch. The idea: intelligent electronic music beyond the usual techno patterns – from ambient to hard trance, always built on composition and melody.
